Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Salescraftify, operated by Green Pants Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Salescraftify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Salescraftify is an AI-powered sales call coaching platform. You upload sales call transcripts, and our engine analyzes them against the Steven Tomlinson methodology to produce coaching reports with specific, actionable feedback.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
• Upload transcripts without proper authorization from all parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service to compete with Salescraftify
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed your plan's analysis limits through automated means

5. Transcript Data

• You retain ownership of all transcript data you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process your transcripts solely for generating coaching reports.
• We do not use your transcripts to train AI models.
• We do not share your transcript data with third parties except as needed to provide the Service (e.g., sending to our AI provider for analysis).

6. Subscription and Billing

• Free accounts receive 5 lifetime analyses.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months, but we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Analysis Credits

• Each plan includes a set number of analyses per billing period.
• Unused analyses do not roll over to the next period.
• If an analysis fails due to a system error, the credit will be refunded to your account.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, including its design, features, and methodology, is owned by Green Pants Studio.
• The coaching reports generated by the Service are provided for your use and may be shared within your organization.
• The Steven Tomlinson methodology is used under license and may not be extracted or republished from our reports.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Coaching reports are AI-generated and should be used as supplementary guidance, not as a sole basis for business decisions.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Pants Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
