When you upload a sales call transcript for analysis, we temporarily process the transcript text to generate your coaching report. Your transcript data is:

• Not shared with third parties
• Stored securely and accessible only to you (and your organization admins, if applicable)

Usage Data

We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, browser type, and device information to improve the Service.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase - database and authentication
• Anthropic (Claude) - AI analysis engine (transcripts are sent for processing only; not used for training)
• Stripe - payment processing
• Vercel - hosting

• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
